I felt my head hit the fresh-cut grassy field… I woke up from a dream ..Was it night or morning? I got ready for a whole day of dreadful”Soccer camp”. I got my soccer stuff including my soccer socks (which are very hard to put on).
A week later, I ran to the car and I said, “I’m free!!” and literally jumped into the car. On the way back, home a friend of my grandmother’s invited me to come to their pool. Of course she accepted because my grandmother is VERY nice.
When we got home I got changed and got my teal swimsuit for the pool. We got in the car for the two minute drive to the friend’s house. We had to wait for the people to get there,but I had already got in the pool. The pool was cold and full of chlorine,the water burned my nose and my eyes.but luckily I had goggles.
When they finally got there we took out the inflatable rafts which had paddles, they were hard to steer but we managed to get them to go around well. The pool had a water slide and a diving board, it was awesome.The pool also had multiple water guns. Basically it's like this (Water guns+Rafts=WATER RAFT WARS!) we had a blast playing water gun wars.
Abby , Tabitha and I had fun doing a water bottle game where we flipped them and filled up the rafts with water.
Then we had race to fill them and then we jumped into them!
We did this the whole entire week! I was exhausted,but it gave me a week full of memories to remember and share.
